If you are already under the care of a physician or other health care provider for a condition qualifying under WA state RCW 69.51 (see http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=69.51A.010) and can provide chart notes that document that you are under care for your condition, I offer $100 visits to document your condition and issue a medical marijuana recommendation. This is an ideal option when your primary care provider or specialist is for some reason unable to issue a recommendation for you. Ideally, they are willing to help you determine the most safe and efficacious way for you to use marijuana medicinally and to discuss marijuana as part of your treatment plan. This visit is also appropriate for yearly checkups with current medical marijuana patients to issue a current recommendation.

New Patient Specialist Visits for individuals who want to focus solely on their medical marijuana qualifying condition(s). This is ideal if your current provider is not able to assist you with your medical marijuana, or if you would like a new specialist provider for the condition in question. As my patient, you have access to return visits to assist you in your medical marijuana use. It is important to determine the best ways to maximize your benefit while minimizing negative side effects.
